800A White, QUART - This is a very high quality plastisol screen printing ink for the money. Very economical and it performs great. You’ll have no problem getting this ink to flow through your mesh.
This plastisol textile ink tends to be on the thinner side in comparison to most plastisol inks. They are easy to work with and learn with as a beginner yet these inks will perform well enough to please the most experienced screen printer. The colors are bright and intense with excellent wash ability and durability. This particular line of plastisol inks does not include high opacity colors. It is recommended that all colors be printed on a white under base. This ink is priced right and made in the USA. Try it today and we are sure you’ll be very happy.
Plastisol inks may require up to 3 days to fulfill due to stock.

We recently switched from water based ink to this brand of plastisol. The white is very thick and creamy but spreads as smooth as soft butter. It is wonderful to work with and we have recieved top notch customer service from Jonathan. We used this white on black shirts and the printing is a very nice bright opaque white. I highly recommend it.

I had been using waterbased inks for the past year and finally decided to make the switch to plastisols since I now have a reliable method for curing them. I had heard horror stories of how hard opaque white plastisol is to work with - especially with high mesh counts. That may generally be the case, but it's absolutely not with this plastisol white!
This ink is only slightly thicker than the Matsui 301 Opaque white I had been using, and it stays smooth and creamy once you start working it on the press. I printed some fine line/dot detail through a 230 mesh with this ink like it was nothing. No reducer needed, though I did have to do a double hit for the opacity & coverage I needed with that fine of a mesh count. So glad I grabbed a gallon of this stuff, because it prints like a dream!

Cheapest ink ive been able to find, very creamy and easy to use. Even went through a 230 mesh without having to cut through with curable reducer! Definitely buying again after I run out of my other stock of white ink.
