RANAR DT-422-3 Turbo Jet-Star Infrared Jet Air Belt Dryer 220v - 36 inch wide belt. 8 foot conveyor. Triple walled insulated tunnel lengths. Our Silk Screen Dryers are designed for production and are very energy efficient. The Turbo Jetstar series dryers utilize jet-air re-circulation system and powered exhaust with a damper to control the precise amount of air exiting the dryer. This promotes proper curing and drying of plastisol, water based, two-part epoxy, and solvent–evaporation based inks or coatings. Substrates such as textiles, t-shirts, plastic, metal, glass can be processed. We have a Conveyor Dryer to fit any size Screen-Printing Shop or application. We use only highest quality color-blind electric infrared heaters and components and incorporate many features that other manufacturers charge extra for. RANAR quality, efficiency, and production rates are the envy of the industry.
Screen printed water base and discharge inks require hot air and heat, to properly dry. The Turbo Jet Star uses a large volume of hot air produced by electric radiant infrared heaters directed onto the conveyor belt to achieve high production convection drying of these inks. Our unique jet air system re-circulates air inside the oven. Also included is a powered exhaust with an adjustable dampener, to assist in the evacuation of air moisture build up. Our electric conveyor dryers have respectable outputs in comparison to gas dryers without the initial higher costs.

The factory is closed on Saturdays and Sundays as well as all major holidays. Supply orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. The warranty information is as follows on all RANAR equipment across the board:
3 years on mechanical. This includes the build of the press and the parts.
2 years on infrared panels for dyers and flash cure units.
1 year on all electrical work.
***Please Note: The Teflon belts are not under any warranty by RANAR or Catspit Productions, LLC. This is due to the ability of the user to mis-track the belt or run the belt too tight causing damage to the belt and/or belt motor. Do NOT over tighten you belt. When in doubt run it just tight enough to move and track but no more.
