This is our selection of Catspit tested and approved emulsions for screen printing. Emulsion is used to coat the screen in order to make the stencil. This chemical is light sensitive and will react when exposed to UV light sources. This will cause the emulsion to harden and where your film positive blocked the light the emulsion will remain water soluble in an uncured state. Want an easier time making your screens? Then buy a decent emulsion. Lessor and cheaper emulsions are just that. Lessor and cheap. Trying to save money on emulsion by purchasing very inexpensive brands will only cost you time and materials. Spend a few dollars more and have a much easier time in making your screens.
