Patience Is A Virtue…

I’m working very hard to help everyone out with supplies, equipment, and even parts. However, things are moving very slowly currently. Due to the Covid crisis, materials have increased in cost and take much longer to receive. This goes for finished supplies and equipment as well. Here’s a guide to get an idea of how long it may take to get your order.

Ranar equipment - 4 to 6 weeks minimum.
AWT equipment - 8 to 10 weeks minimum.

Of course, this does not mean your order couldn’t ship sooner. We’re simply asking everyone to be patient and bear with us as we work through challenges.  

Supply orders can take 2 weeks or more depending on the items you want. If I have what you need in stock in Phoenix, I can fulfill your supplies order relatively quickly. If items need to come from the factory, then it can take up to 2 weeks right now. Or less of course. Most supplies coming from Phoenix ship with a couple of days.

If you have any questions at all before placing your order, please give me a call. The best times are after 10AM Monday through Friday and before 5PM Arizona time. You can always send me an email if you need a specific quote as I will need your ship to details as well as the items you want.
